Job Description
Faraday Future is seeking a Head of Investor Relations to lead outward-facing engagement with the marketplace and investors. This role will manage the company's investor relations strategy, provide internal guidance to management, and build relationships with equity research analysts, buy-side analysts, and shareholders. Responsibilities include investor communication, financial reporting, competitive analysis, and corporate development initiatives.
Requirements
- Conceptualize and implement a strategic investor relations function.
- Develop deep working relationships with the equity research community.
- Work closely with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and accounting teams.
- Prepare quarterly earnings releases and SEC filings.
