We're seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant & Office Manager to join our London office in a pivotal hybrid role, combining high-level executive support for our Executive Committee (ExCo) with office management responsibilities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of EA or senior administrative experience, ideally supporting C-suite executives
- Proven track record in managing complex calendars and coordinating high-level meetings
- Experience organizing events and managing multiple stakeholders
- Proactive mindset: anticipating needs, spotting potential issues, and taking action without waiting to be asked
- Exceptional organizational skills: prioritizing competing demands, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and maintaining composure under pressure
- Outstanding communication: excellent written and verbal English skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels
- Discretion and confidentiality: impeccable judgment when handling sensitive information
- Flexibility and adaptability: comfortable switching between strategic projects and hands-on tasks
- Solution-oriented approach: seeing challenges as opportunities and following through reliably to completion
- Technical proficiency: strong working knowledge of G-Suite
