Implementation Representative, OpenApply

We are seeking an energetic and motivated individual to join our Europe Team as an Implementation Representative for customer onboarding operations and new user training for OpenApply.

Requirements

• Excellent communicator (clear, concise, and professional) both in writing and verbally.
• Comfortable presenting to both small and large groups, either in person or digitally.
• Creative thinker who can make inferences when troubleshooting.
• Someone who enjoys collaborative work but maintains high personal accountability.
• Interest in the field of education and a desire to help transform teaching and learning.
• Willingness to travel onsite or to events when required.
