Requirements

• Willing to obtain Property & Casualty license within a month of hiring
• Study materials provided by Farmers at no cost
• Engage with qualified leads
• Generate insurance quotes and present customized coverage solutions to clients
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell multiple lines of insurance
• Maintain organized databases and follow-up pipelines
• Stay current on insurance products and market trends
• Commit to an in-office schedule (Monday-Friday)
