This role involves building and managing an insurance agency, receiving support and coaching, and offering exceptional customer service. The company provides tools, resources, and financial support for aspiring business owners within the insurance industry.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry
• Proven track record of sales success in the insurance or financial services industry
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
• Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivated attitude
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field (preferred)
