The program provides hands-on training, mentorship, and financial support, preparing aspiring agents for agency ownership. It focuses on building relationships, generating leads, and learning insurance sales from the ground up.
Requirements
- Active California Property & Casualty license (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of sales, business development, or management experience
- Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close sales
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and organized
- Ability to work full-time and complete onboarding program
