Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related field (insurance sales preferred)
• Active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance license — or willingness to obtain
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented
• Basic computer proficiency (CRM, email, quoting platforms)
• Reliable transportation
• Reside within Orange County or surrounding areas
