As an Advisor Experience Manager, you'll serve as the trusted concierge and single point of contact for incoming advisors from contract signature through full integration, ensuring each advisor and client transition is personalized, frictionless, and emotionally engaging.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in client-facing relationship management, account management, or advisor services within wealth management or financial services
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with competing priorities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly
• Experience coordinating across multiple departments to deliver seamless customer experiences
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage numerous advisor transitions simultaneously
• Proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs and removes obstacles before they become issues
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed customer satisfaction metrics
