Job Description
FASHIONPHILE is a luxury re-commerce company that values diversity and creativity. The Retail Front Door Concierge is the first point of contact for clients, responsible for providing a seamless introduction to the FASHIONPHILE experience.
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in retail, hospitality, security or customer service
- Ability to lift/carry up to 30lbs
- Must be able stand for an extended period of time
- Ability to successfully multitask
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
