Job Description
FASHIONPHILE is seeking a Retail Support Specialist to manage all back-of-house responsibilities in their Philadelphia, PA location. This role involves inventory management, customer support, shipping/receiving, and handling product returns. The ideal candidate is adaptable, authentic, and passionate about a sustainable fashion alternative.
Requirements
- GED or equivalent experience
- Prior Experience working in shipping and order fulfillment
- Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Prior retail or operational experience handling product
- Ability to lift/carry up to 30lbs
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to successfully multitask
