Training & Testing Coordinator - Baton Rouge, LA

As a Training & Testing Coordinator, you will be a key part of FAST’s project implementation teams, ensuring the quality and reliability of FAST’s software solutions and that end-users are fully prepared to use FAST’s software. Responsibilities include coordinating training programs, training the trainer, creating training materials, collaborating on instructional design, planning and scheduling testing activities, developing and managing test scenarios, coordinating and training testers, and monitoring and reporting testing progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Adult Education, Instructional/Curriculum Design, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (technical training or experience in other fields will be considered).
• 3.0 minimum GPA.
• Ability to absorb complex technical information and present it in an easy-to-understand format.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to adapt training programs based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Personal qualities of integrity, professionalism, and enthusiasm to inspire learners.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage and collaborate with a range of professionals.
• Confidence in managing projects, organizing tasks, and meeting deadlines, with a demonstrated ability to work in a professional setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, for creating and managing training documents.
