Accountant

Fastbreak AI is a cutting-edge SaaS company transforming the way sports organizations manage scheduling, operations, and sponsorships. As an Accountant, you'll play a key role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly as we scale.

Requirements

• Oversee daily AP/AR transactions
• Perform account reconciliations
• Maintain financial records in compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors or customers to resolve billing and payment inquiries
• Perform ratio and variance analysis
• Track and analyze project financials for Fastbreak events
• Support payroll functions and reconciliations
• Enter and reconcile fixed assets and prepaid expenses
• Reconcile all balance sheet and income statement accounts
• Apply revenue recognition standards under ASC 606
• Maintain ROU lease accounting journal entry schedules
