Job Description
Working as Full-Time Sales Support (m/f/d), you must have a strong interest in sales and enjoy working in a fast-paced challenging environment. This is an entry-level position that will provide assistance to our customers from our branch located in Almelo, The Netherlands.
Requirements
- Assist & drive sales in industrial distribution to achieve sales goals and targets.
- Develop strong relationship and networking to existing/prospective customers.
- Plan visits to customers to provide a high level of customer service
- Assist the sales staff with sales and marketing activities
- Provide customer service and support
- Process customer orders and quotes
- Maintain inventory accuracy and availability
- Coordinate deliveries and pickups
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and warranty claims
- Perform general administrative and clerical tasks
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, as well as safety and quality standards.
