Job Description
As a tax and rent administrator, you will be responsible for administering rents and fees, registering transfers, local contracts, renting out garages and parking spaces for our customers. You will have contact with property owners, home owner association boards, residents, real estate agents and banks.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in economics or experience from working in a similar role
- Experience of working in a customer-facing role
- Good experience of working in business systems and case management systems
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Experience of working in Unit4/PM, as well as good knowledge of Excel (advantageous)
