Senior Manager - Detection Engineering

We're looking for a Senior Manager to lead our Security Detection Engineering team. In this role, you'll grow and shape our detection engineering program and level up our security incident response processes.

Requirements

• Hands-on and technical experience in security engineering, detection development, incident response, and team leadership
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate security risks and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Technical understanding of attacker threats and exploitation techniques, and first-hand experience in investigating them
• Experience in scaling a detection engineering program and building high-fidelity detections-as-code
• Experience in serving as an Incident Commander or leading large, cross-functional security incidents
