Requirements

• Manage the local Construction team, including day-to-day responsibilities, performance reviews and coaching
• Create an engaging, fun, and performance-driven team culture for your team
• Coordinate with the Country Director, Lead Architect and the Expansion Lead to ensure that all project timelines are met and within budget
• Collaborate with other Construction Leads and the Director of Construction Management to ensure consistent practices across all countries
• Develop strategies for national suppliers, contractors, and other relevant stakeholders
