Chassis Assembly Technician

The Chassis Assembly Technician at Fat Fender Garage is responsible for the precision assembly of custom chassis platforms and driveline systems, forming the foundation for world-class builds. This role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and efficient execution within tight production timelines. The position reports to the Production Manager and collaborates with Fabrication and Assembly teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in automotive assembly
• Proficient in suspension setup, brake plumbing, and mechanical systems installation
• Strong understanding of powertrain and drivetrain assembly
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, build sheets, and torque specifications
• Experience with stainless line bending, AN fittings, and hydraulic systems preferred
