Job Description
This IP Specialist will manage client dockets, prepare trademark and patent filings, and communicate with foreign law firms. The role involves reviewing deadlines, filling out correspondence, conducting searches, and assisting with patent prosecution. It is a hybrid position.
Requirements
- 2+ years of intellectual property experience
- Experience with monitoring patent and trademark dockets
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and billing software
- Familiarity with trademark filing procedures (USPTO, WIPO)
