Clinical Growth Manager – Baltimore, MD

As a Clinical Growth Manager, you'll lead efforts to grow our referral network of healthcare providers, building and nurturing partnerships with clinicians and healthcare orgs, and developing local go-to-market strategies in key markets. You'll directly help people access life-changing care, while amplifying the reach of Fay's mission in the broader healthcare ecosystem.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, account management, or clinical outreach (especially in healthcare or digital health)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to lead in-person meetings and events
• Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple partnerships across different markets
• Curious, resilient, and eager to grow with a fast-paced startup
