Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, account management, or clinical outreach (especially in healthcare or digital health)
- Excellent communication skills to build trust quickly
- Ability to lead in-person meetings and events to represent Fay in the field
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple partnerships across different markets
- Curious, resilient, and eager to grow with a fast-paced startup
