Job Description
FCF is seeking a Data Manager for CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365) to input and update data, monitor quality, and support data management processes. The role involves integrating data from various sources, collaborating with the IT team, and maintaining a structured and detailed approach. It also requires excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
Requirements
- Input of corporate and personal data
- Integration of information from various databases/data sources
- Monitoring and review of data for quality assurance
- Input and updating of corporate and investor classifications
- Support for the optimization of data management processes
- Experience in the financial industry is desirable
- Secure knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365)
- Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel)
