Feastables is on a mission to create the world's most engaging brand. We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to own the global revenue strategy and execution for Feastables outside the U.S. as the Head of Sales, International.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in international CPG sales, commercial leadership, or global business development
- Proven track record of building and scaling brands internationally, ideally across multiple channels (grocery, mass, convenience, specialty, distributors)
- Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating high-value distributor and retail partnerships
- Experience owning or managing market-level P&Ls
- Ability to lead, motivate, and influence cross-functional and multicultural teams
- Deep knowledge of global retail landscapes, route-to-market models, and international regulatory environments
- Highly analytical with strong forecasting, planning, and performance management skills
- Entrepreneurial, resourceful mindset with the ability to move quickly in ambiguous environments
- Strong communicator capable of influencing internal leaders and external partners
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Passion for the creator economy and how brands grow through social engagement
