Senior Executive Assistant

FHLBank Indianapolis is a bank for banks, credit unions, and community development financial institutions that provides liquidity and grants to support housing finance and community development. We're looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to specific business units within the Bank.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years' experience as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting C-Suite executives
• Banking or other equivalent business experience is preferred
• Experience with electronic records portals, such as Board Vantage is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Must not have been convicted of any civil or criminal charge that would suggest a risk to Bank security
