Corporate Development Associate

The Corporate Development Associate will serve as a resource to corporate and business units regarding acquisition candidates and other strategic investment pursuits. They will work with business units and corporate team to identify and develop acquisition and divestiture opportunities, support due diligence process, and prepare acquisition proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of investment banking or private equity experience
• Excellent technical and analytical skills in finance, forecasting and financial analysis
• Wide breadth of business acumen and understanding of finance and marketing methods
• Outstanding interpersonal skills that emphasize teamwork and collaboration
• The proven ability to be a self-starter capable of driving business results without significant supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
