Job Description
Responsible for meeting customer needs by performing installation work, leading employees, and maintaining production schedule while following safety procedures.
Requirements
- Layout, wiring, and mounting of custom truck bodies on trucks
- Setting up and operating machines that will cut, bend, saw, punch steel into custom parts needed for body mounting
- Completing mechanics work, i.e. hydraulics and mounting PTO's and pumps
- Leading and assisting employees to meet the production schedule
- Communicating effectively with employees and Manager and other areas as required
- Assisting with employee performance appraisals and holding employees accountable for company expectations
- Following safety and environmental requirements, housekeeping, PPE, work procedures, etc.
