Job Description
Vactor is seeking an Intern in our Technical Writing department for the summer of 2025. This is a great opportunity to gain hands on experience while applying what you have learned in school.
Requirements
- College student, preferably in junior or senior year of college pursuing a Technical Writing Degree or an English Degree.
- Converting documentation into DITA format using Oxygen software
- Collecting pictures for the manual and editing them as needed
- Documenting process instructions for various tasks within the department
- Proof reading and editing of various written documents
- Learn the basic operation of the big printing press
