Requirements

• Ability to pass a pre-employment welding test
• Must be medically cleared to wear a respirator when welding stainless steel
• Ability to rapidly and efficiently produce high-quality welded parts
• Basic math and measuring skills
• Strong physical ability — frequent lifting, bending, pushing (up to 50 lbs)
• Comfortable working on ladders, in dump bodies, and on concrete
• Capable of reading blueprints and using measuring tools
• Willingness to rotate between job stations and assigned tasks as needed
• Recent graduates accepted. Must have good attitude, basic welding skills, and willingness to learn.
