Courtier(ère) en assurances de dommages des entreprises (Territoire de la Gaspésie)

The Federation of Quebec Municipalities is seeking a Municipal Insurance Agent to maintain established relationships with their client base and accompany municipal insured persons under their responsibility. The role involves providing high-level consulting services, analyzing client needs, and recommending adequate insurance protections. The ideal candidate has a DEC or AEC in insurance damage, a valid representative certificate, and at least 5 years of experience in insurance damage businesses.

Requirements

• DEC or AEC in insurance damage
• Valid representative certificate issued by the Financial Markets Authority (category insurance damage businesses)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance damage businesses
• Mastery of French in writing and speaking and good writing quality
• Ability to build trust relationships
• Good analytical and synthesizing skills
• Team and collaboration spirit
• Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
• Flexibility for professional travel
• Mastery of the Office suite software and knowledge of the ÉPIC agency system (an asset)
• Knowledge and understanding of the municipal world (an asset)
