Job Description
The Tour Manager is part of a key touring unit. This role involves leading and coordinating show production, performing, and stagehands to maintain high standards, improving operational efficiency, ensuring safety and health programs are followed, and preparing reports for budgeting. The position also focuses on communication with staffing, Creative, and HR departments.
Requirements
- Maintain a consistently high level of production and performance quality.
- Adhere to rules, regulations, and guidelines set forth by Feld Entertainment.
- Mediation (in conjunction with HR Dept.) of work-related disputes.
- Ensure communication of safety and health programs requirements to team members.
- Supervision and approval of all arrangements and agreements.
- Oversee all Unit Public Relations & Promotional activities.
