Development Manager

Development Manager responsible for strengthening and growing Fello's community of individual donors, securing gifts under $5,000, and advancing Fello's mission through philanthropy.

Requirements

• Expertise and proven track record in the cultivation, solicitation, and closing of individual gifts
• Proven ability to build relationships with diverse groups of people
• Superb written, analytical, presentation, and public speaking skills
• Comfortable in all forms of communication
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Knowledge of donor database systems
• Experience with EveryAction and Smartsheet is a plus
• High energy and passion for Fello's mission
• Ability to manage towards goals and balance competing demands
• Ability to remain flexible, calm under pressure, and adaptive to change
