Job Description
Fello is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Property Management team in ensuring the quality and safety of residential and commercial units. The role performs routine maintenance tasks, including carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing, and requires a high school diploma or GED and at least four years of experience in facility maintenance and/or property management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least four years of experience in facility maintenance and/or property management
- Certification in plumbing, HVAC, or other facility-related trades is a plus
- Valid Maryland Driver's License with no more than two points and a satisfactory driving record
