The Licensed Practical Nurse role provides direct resident care under supervision, administers medications, monitors vital signs, and collaborates with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated resident care.
Requirements
- Valid New Jersey LPN license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric nursing particularly in sub-acute care.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Understanding of and commitment to compliance with regulatory requirements.
- CPR and BLS certifications.
- Flu vaccination required.
