Job Description
Riverwalk Village is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team and provide high-quality nursing care to cherished seniors. The role offers career development, a meaningful contribution to residents' well-being, and a collaborative team environment. LPNs will provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist in care plan development.
Requirements
- Valid New Jersey LPN license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric nursing particularly in sub-acute care.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Understanding of and commitment to compliance with regulatory requirements.
- CPR and BLS certifications.
- Flu vaccination required.
