Job Description
FellowshipLIFE, a leader in aging services, seeks a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to provide primary healthcare services to residents at Fellowship Village in Basking Ridge, NJ. The role focuses on promoting health and wellness, ensuring high standards of care, and making a significant difference in patients' lives through clinical excellence and leadership.
Requirements
- State certification by the New Jersey Board of Nursing as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner.
- State of New Jersey registered professional nurse license.
- Seasonal flu vaccine required.
- National certification in adult and/or geriatric medicine (a plus).
- Experience in adult/geriatric medicine.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- CPR and BLS certifications.
