Job Description
FellowshipLIFE is seeking a Home Care Visiting RN Supervisor to support their non-medical Startup Home Care program across the greater Freehold and Whiting areas in New Jersey. The role involves leading and supporting CHHAs, ensuring quality personalized care, and maintaining compliance. The ideal candidate is a compassionate RN passionate about senior care and making a meaningful impact.
Requirements
- Valid New Jersey RN License & BLS Certification
- Active NJ Driver’s License and reliable vehicle with insurance
- 1+ year of experience in healthcare (home health, hospital, or LTC preferred)
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and related software
- Self-starter with excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
- Participate in on-call rotation
