Job Description
Fellowship Home Care is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to manage incoming calls, maintain schedules, conduct client intakes, and ensure accurate data entry. The role requires experience in a healthcare setting and strong communication skills, with availability for on-call hours.
Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years related experience in a health care setting, preferably home care, long term care, or hospital
- PC literate with knowledge of payroll and scheduling software
- Highly organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced atmosphere
- Demonstrates strong communication and relationship building skills
- Availability for evening and weekend on-call hours to handle emergencies is essential
