Job Description
Fenergo is a leading AI-powered client lifecycle management company seeking a Regional Delivery Lead for EMEA. This role focuses on owning the success of client implementations, driving performance, client satisfaction, and commercial growth across a key market. The role requires a seasoned delivery leader to build a regional delivery center and shape the company’s delivery capabilities.
Requirements
- 12+ years of program and portfolio leadership experience in enterprise SaaS, financial services, or regulated industries
- Proven track record of successful delivery at scale
- Demonstrated ability as a 'leader of leaders' with coaching and mentoring experience
- Deep expertise in modern delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile, Hybrid)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong commercial and operational acumen
- Deep understanding of the challenges of delivering technology to banks and financial institutions in the Americas market
