Job Description
The Dental Patient Services Coordinator I at Fenway Health provides excellent customer service, manages patient registration and documentation, schedules appointments, manages cash collection, and ensures the efficient operation of the reception area. This position reports to the Dental and Optometry Administrative Supervisor and requires a commitment to diversity, inclusion, and service excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
- Willingness to work with a diverse patient population
- Availability on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday evenings until 7 pm.
- Ability to work harmoniously and effectively with colleagues, patients, clients, and vendors.
