Customer Service Specialist Part Time

Ferrellgas is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. This role involves answering calls, providing support to customers, maintaining account information, and potentially handling billing and collections. Requirements

• Answering phones, chat, social media, or email in a polite, courteous, and professional manner.
• Works with customers daily to sustain and improve business relationships.
• Questions probing customer issues to identify concerns.
• Ensures accurate account maintenance and updates of account information.
• Schedules delivery orders and uses basic negation skills for new and returning customers.
• Handles general customer issues, emergency scripts, closing accounts, pricing questions, and soft collections.
• De-escalates customer situations.
• Schedules deliveries.
• Provides soft collections.
• Supports new customer account setup.
• Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States.
