Produce Department Manager

As a Produce Department Manager, you will lead and develop your team, recruit and onboard associates, plan and manage schedules, support associate growth, oversee department operations, maintain strong partnerships & standards, monitor and maintain merchandising standards, deliver exceptional guest service, ensure safety and compliance, maintain timekeeping accuracy, drive sales and profitability, and support a clean and organized environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience (including at least 2 years in a managerial role)
• Experience in retail food business with strong knowledge of perishable operations and merchandising best practices
• High School education or equivalent
