Job Description
Festo is seeking a recruitment-focused intern for six months, starting in January or February 2026. The intern will support the recruitment process, work with external job postings, manage applications, participate in interviews, and work on current projects. The team will work on employer branding and human marketing activities. Internships in the Talent Acquisition team are provided.
Requirements
- Studying business administration (preferable)
- Experience in personnel management (preferred)
- Good German and English skills
