Senior Data Analyst, User Analytics & Insights

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or strategy roles
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools
• Experience with dbt data modeling or similar data transformation tools
• Familiarity with Python, R, or similar languages for advanced analytics
• Demonstrated ability to turn data into clear business insights and actionable recommendations
• Experience supporting experimentation, measurement, and performance tracking initiatives
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for non-technical audiences
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with a proactive, collaborative mindset
• Comfort working with Google Sheets and other analytical or collaboration tools
