- Approximately one year of experience in a client-facing sales or business development role
- Strategic & Analytical: data-driven approach to business, using insights to prioritize efforts and communicate value to prospective clients
- Exceptional Communicator: outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling, personalized outreach and build rapport quickly
- Proactive & Organized: self-starter mentality, managing a high volume of activity, tracking pipeline in a CRM, and consistently meeting goals
- Collaborative Team Player: understanding of teamwork and ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a seamless client experience
- Passionate about Local Culture: genuine knowledge of and curiosity for the city's entertainment, events, and lifestyle trends
- Bilingual Fluency: fluency in both English and Spanish (C2/Bilingual)
