Job Description
We're looking for a Client Success Technical Specialist to join our Business department, reporting directly to our COO. As a hybrid role, you will manage client accounts, provide technical support, and work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Requirements
- Experience in customer support, ideally in a SaaS environment
- Confident troubleshooting technical issues with a hands-on mindset
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and focused on client experience
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site support
