Requirements
- Manage the activation of customer data to develop and execute an end-to-end CRM strategy and communications plan
- Refine multi-channel comms and develop retention strategies to deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Support the CRM Manager to define the customer lifecycle and contact strategies
- Ensure all campaigns have clearly defined success metrics that are tracked and analysed
- Develop & optimise CRM flows to drive revenue
- Leverage consumer behavioral, lifestyle, transactional, and demographic data to deliver relevant marketing insights
- Analyse and interpret data to inform marketing decisions
- Develop and implement A/B testing and dynamic templates
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless collaboration
