We're Fever, the world's leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment. We're looking for a Data Science Lead to take ownership of critical areas in the business, lead small teams, and deliver meaningful impact.
Requirements
- Take full ownership of strategic data science projects, from exploration to deployment
- Guide, mentor, and support a small team of Data Scientists
- Design and build models for personalization, forecasting, user behavior analysis, and marketing efficiency
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other teams to turn data insights into real-world impact
- Play an active role in hiring, onboarding, and nurturing an inclusive team culture
- Partner with senior leaders to inform strategic planning for the Data function at Fever
