Growth Strategy Senior Analyst (Madrid based)

Fever, a leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is seeking a Growth Strategy Senior Analyst to contribute to the company's growth and development, focusing on global projects and strategies to increase performance. The role involves analyzing data to inform business decisions, working with cross-functional teams, and driving business impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications, or aeronautics) or a background in Maths, Statistics, Data analytics, or Strategy
• At least 3 years of experience in a business analytics role
• High level of English required, Spanish a plus
• Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, and strategy or analytics roles at top tech firms a significant advantage
• Data-driven person who brings numbers to strategic and business decisions
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders while working effectively across teams, disciplines, and business cases
• Understanding any coding language is preferred (SQL, R, Python...)
• Proactive problem-solver and an opportunity-seeker
