Fever is looking for a Head of Growth to join their team in Madrid. The successful candidate will own and build an entire business line, define and implement new growth strategies, and lead high-impact projects. The role requires 8+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, or business-related roles, a strong data-driven mindset, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, or business-related roles
• Proven track record of building trust and effectively leading teams or key projects
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Industrial, Telecommunications, or Aeronautics) or Maths / Statistics / Data Analytics / Strategy
