Senior Producer (Dopamine Land)

Fever, a leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is seeking a Senior Producer to lead the end-to-end production execution for Dopamine Land installations worldwide. The role involves managing project delivery, team coordination, contracting, and financial oversight to ensure timely, high-quality rollouts.

Requirements

• 8+ years' experience in event, attraction, or immersive experience production, preferably at a global scale
• Proven success managing multi-region productions from pre-production through installation
• Strong skills in budget management, vendor negotiation, and logistics
• Experience leading cross-functional teams under tight deadlines
• Strong command of production workflows, contracting, and stakeholder communications
• Technical understanding of scenic fabrication, electrical, and AV systems
• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus
• Willingness to travel frequently and manage projects across time zones
