Job Description
Technical Advisor II, Strategic Information, will provide leadership, technical support and guidance for the design, development, planning, implementation and capacity strengthening activities for HQ and field staff in analysis, data visualization, dissemination, and data use for performance improvement.
Requirements
- Master's Degree or its International Equivalent
- 12+ years of M&E experience in education, health, behavioral, or social sciences or related field
- Sound expertise in M&E, especially for large scale DOS projects in multiple countries with a health system strengthening component
- Strong background with developing and using different kinds of statistical software packages
- Extensive experience in the use of mixed measurement methods required for monitoring and evaluation of public health programs with a health system strengthening component
- Strong expertise in data visualization
- Fluency in English, French, and Spanish languages are required
